When you live in a place where summer seems to be the only season, and where your place never stops spoiling you with nature's beauty, then it sure is difficult to not crave for that sunshine. Here's a recap of my summer 2018.

March: Bucari, Leon

Early April: Antique – Kruhay!

Malumpati Cold Spring
Our crashing place by the beach

Sunsets and summer nights
San Remegio

Mid-Late April: Vigan, Ilocos Sur

The main purpose of this travel: In support for my sister, who is a swimmer, representing Western Visayas in this year's Palarong Pambansa; And of course, for the love of Empanadas!

An afternoon to myself along the vigorous Calle Crisologo under the sweltering midsummer sun

Farm visit in the outskirts of Ilocos Sur.

Captivating mountains along an old riverbank: A view from Quirino Bridge
La Mandolinera (1883). An original Juan Luna painting at a free art exhibition in our hotel–Hotel Luna
Artworks by Manansala & Ocampo

Artworks by Amorsolo, Joya, and Tolentino
Arts, culture, architecture, history, the people, the empanadas–definitely worth coming back for in the future
